Graduation Calendars and Deadlines - Master of Science Programs (2-y)

The table below shows the available graduation sessions and the administrative deadlines that students are required to meet.

Graduating students are reminded that, by and no later than the deadline for reserving the graduation session, they must make sure they do not have any pending obligations with the Fees, Funding and Housing Office. Moreover, they are required to check the deadline for returning any borrowed materials with the Library.
Failure to comply with the regulations by the deadline will result in the student not being admitted to the graduation session.
Moreover, the reservation of the graduation session is subject to payment of the graduation fee, which should be paid at least one month before the session.

Those students who do not graduate by the April session are required to enroll in the following academic year and to pay the related fees. Further information about this case, together with the entire Graduation Application Procedure, is available in the Guide to the University (click here).

Students are invited to check the information published by the Fees, Funding, and Housing Office - at the page B in Touch > Fees >  Fees for graduated - in order to verify any fees relief (e.g., for those who, enrolled as first-year 'fuori-corso' students, have passed all exams or have one exam left, etc.).

N.B. The dates indicated in the table may be subject to change.

* Last graduation session available for the 2023-2024 academic year; students who intend to graduate by the April 2025 graduation session are not required to enroll in the 2024-2025 academic year. 

** First graduation session available for students enrolled in the second year as regular students ("in corso") in the 2024-2025 academic year. 

*** The graduation session reservation is not subject to passing all the general exams (for the study plan completion, please check the related deadline). 

NOTES: The possibility to register for a graduation session is subject to the approval of the thesis title by the Advisor Professor. Therefore, we suggest you enter the title well in advance into the procedure so that the Professor can approve it in time. Without such approval, it will not be possible to register for the session. 

**** Date by which the graduating student's study plan must be completed, i.e. date by which:

• the last exams at Bocconi must be taken (the recording of their results in the study plan may be carried out by the competent offices even after the deadline) and
• any recognition procedures related to other educational activities (e.g. internships, language certifications and exams passed abroad) must be completed.

⁽¹⁾ only for students enrolled in the 2-y Degree Programs in CYBER and TS: the deadline refers to completing exams taken at Bocconi; for second year 2nd semester exams taken at PoliMi, this deadline is extended to 15 February 2025 with regard to April 2025 Graduation Session, to 27 June 2025 with regard to July 2025 Graduation Session.
