Music Room
In via Bocconi 12 (floor -1 outside the Residence) a well-equipped and soundproof practice room will be available only to Bocconi internal users (students, faculty and staff).
The room is open from Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The music room will be closed from 20/07 to 31/08.
To use the Music Room, please do the following:
- Read the new Regulations on the use of the Music Room and proper use of Equipment
-
Pay a ‘one-off’ fee valid for the entire academic year (July-June) of 30.50 euros to use the room by logging in with Bocconi User and selecting Campus Life > Music Room. Important clarification: the fee is always valid until June of the academic year in which the payment was made, regardless of the month in which it was paid.
Practical examples: If the fee is paid in September, the payment will be valid until June of the same academic year. From July, it will be necessary to renew the fee for the following year; if the fee is paid in January, it will still be valid until June and must be renewed from July.
- Complete the dedicated booking procedure.
Important: Please note that the ‘ORDER ID’ is unique for the whole year and must always be entered in the booking platform, in the appropriate section. You can see here some examples of where to retrieve the Order ID. - Bring your university badge and a valid ID with you when you go to the Music Room.
Please note!
- A maximum of 2 consecutive sessions (duration: 1 hour each) per day can be reserved, for a total of 2 hours of use of the room. If you book more than 2 consecutive sessions, the system automatically cancels all those bookings following the first 2 consecutive sessions reserved.
- The Bocconi email account must be used, otherwise the registration will be canceled. Please, note: the reservation must be made on behalf of the user of the Music Room.
- If the reservation is not canceled and you fail to show up three times, the system will not allow you to make reservations for the next 15 days and reservations made on subsequent dates will be automatically canceled by the system.
