Activities with company representatives

Series of seminars held by company representatives addressing the most important topics related to the job market and professional environment, typically focused on soft skills such as public speaking, or competences to be used during selection processes, like how to hack a case in consulting interviews.

Round tables with Bocconi graduates talking about their jobs and responsibilities and delving into the needed skills to work in their fields. You should join if you wish to listen to former students describing in their own words what it feels like working in a certain role or business field.

Thanks to these initiatives you can establish connections with experienced professionals. The journey will lead to mutual development and self-improvement, centered around sharing experiences and viewpoints. Two programs are available: Bocconi Mentoring Program, where mentors are young professionals Bocconi Alumni; CEO Connect - Your Executive Mentor, where mentors are CEOs of multinational companies.

Practice sessions with company representatives mimicking real job interviews. The aim is to refine your interview skills, identify areas for improvement (yes, the recruiter will give you a feedback!), and enhance your preparation to face a real job interview.
