Before the beginning of the mobility, you will be asked to complete the all the following procedures:
The Mobility Agreement is the official contract between you and Bocconi University that outlines all the conditions of your Erasmus+ Scholarship.
Before signing the document, it is essential that you read it carefully and verify that all information is accurate—particularly the mobility period indicated. Please note that this period is based on conventional dates, according to the most recent academic calendar available from the host university.
The actual period will be confirmed by the Certificate of Arrival and Departure, which must be duly signed by the partner university. If you notice any major discrepancies between the dates indicated in the Mobility Agreement and those provided by the host university, please inform us immediately via B in Touch.
Before your exchange begins, you will receive an email with a link to the document that will be available in your yoU@B agenda.
To complete the process, log in to yoU@B > International Programs > Erasmus, open the document, and confirm your acceptance. The Mobility Agreement is considered signed as both parties approved it, even if no signature appears on it.
For further information and step-by-step instructions, refer to the following articles: How do I fill out the Mobility Agreement? and What is the Mobility Agreement?
The Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is the official document that defines your study plan abroad. It ensures that the courses you select are approved by both Bocconi and the host university, facilitating the recognition of exams taken during your exchange.
This step does not affect the structure of your study plan; you will receive detailed instructions on how to finalize the recognition of exams at the end of your exchange semester.
To complete and submit your OLA, please follow the instructions in the dedicated article: How to send the Online Learning Agreement to the host university?
During and after your mobility, you may modify your OLA by adding or removing courses. Any modifications must be re-submitted for approval by following the above linked instructions.
For a step-by-step guide on the OLA procedure, please refer to the EWP-OLA User Guide available in the dedicated article: What is the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) and how does it work?
Upon returning from your exchange, you will only be able to request recognition for courses that were approved in the OLA and are listed in your Transcript of Records.
To receive Erasmus+ scholarship payments, you must register your personal and bank details on the Bocconi "Regime Fiscale" platform and provide the Certificate of arrival, which is useful to confirm your arrival at the host university and to calculate your actual days of mobility.
For information regarding Regime Fiscale and the Certificate of arrival, please visit the International Mobility Grant webpage.
The Online Language Support (OLS) provides a range of interactive and engaging language activities to help you learn a new language or master a language you have already studied.
Please access the EU Academy plaform, click here to get started, set up your profile and begin your language learning journey.
You are strongly advised to take the OLS language assesment (for example "English Placement Test") prior to the mobility, on the EU Academy platform. The OLS language assessment is not mandatory.
Further information available on the EU ACADEMY Plaform and in the FAQ section (OLS Assistance). In case of technical issues, please contact the OLS help center.
