The Mobility Agreement is the official contract between you and Bocconi University outlining the terms and conditions of your Erasmus+ Scholarship.
Before signing the document, please read it carefully and make sure that all information is correct, particularly the mobility period. The dates indicated in the Mobility Agreement are based on the most recent academic calendar available from the host. If you notice any significant discrepancies with the dates provided by the host institution, please contact us immediately via B in Touch.
Your actual mobility period will be confirmed by the Certificates of Arrival and Departure, duly signed by the host institution. If this period is:
Before the start of your exchange, you will receive an email with a link to the Mobility Agreement, which will be available in your yoU@B agenda. The email is generally sent in the following periods:
| Period | Who |
| Mid-May | 1st semester students |
| MIs-September | 2nd semester students |
To complete the process, log in to yoU@B > International Programs > Erasmus, open the document, and confirm your acceptance. The Mobility Agreement is considered duly signed once it has been approved by both parties, even if no handwritten or electronic signature appears on the document.
For further information and step-by-step instructions, please refer to the following articles:How do I fill out the Mobility Agreement? and What is the Mobility Agreement?
The Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is the official document that defines your study plan abroad. It ensures that the courses you select are approved by both Bocconi and the host institution, facilitating the recognition of the exams taken during your exchange.
A first version of your OLA must be submitted through the Recognition Platform on yoU@B before the start of your semester abroad. OLA submission generally becomes available in:
| Period | Who |
| June | 1st semester students |
| End of September | 2nd semester sttudents |
Please note that you must validate the Mobility Agreement before submitting your OLA.
This step does not affect the structure of your Bocconi study plan. Detailed instructions on how to complete the exam recognition process will be provided at the end of your exchange semester.
For step-by-step instructions on how to complete and submit your OLA, please refer to the dedicated article: How to send the Online Learning Agreement to the host university?
During your mobility, you may modify your OLA, if necessary, by adding or removing courses. Any changes should preferably be made within the first month of your mobility and must be submitted again for approval following the instructions provided in the article above.
To receive Erasmus+ scholarship payments, you must register your personal and bank details on the Bocconi "Regime Fiscale" platform and provide the Certificate of arrival, which is useful to confirm your arrival at the host university and to calculate your actual days of mobility.
For information regarding Regime Fiscale and the Certificate of arrival, please visit the International Mobility Grant webpage.
