Graduation Calendars and Deadlines - Bachelor of Science Programs (3-y)

The table below shows the available graduation sessions and the administrative deadlines that students are required to meet.
The Degree Assessment Boards meet for final paper evaluation during the graduation sessions. On that occasion - students are not required to be present. 

Graduation ceremonies will be held on a date after the final paper evaluation days and such event will be held in the presence of all interested parties. The graduation ceremonies calendar is available in the dedicated page (click here).

Graduating students are reminded that, by and no later than the deadline for reserving the graduation session, they must make sure they do not have any pending obligations with the Fees, Funding and Housing Office. Moreover, they are required to check the deadline for returning any borrowed materials with the Library.
Failure to comply with the regulations by the deadline will result in the student not being admitted to the graduation session.
Moreover, the reservation of the graduation session is subject to payment of the graduation fee, which should be paid at least one month before the session.

Those students who do not graduate by the December session are required to enroll in the following academic year and to pay the related fees. Further information about this case, together with the entire Graduation Application Procedure, is available in the Guide to the University (click here).

Students are invited to check the information published by the Fees, Funding, and Housing Office - at the page B in Touch > Fees >  Fees for graduated - in order to verify any fees relief (e.g., for those who, enrolled as first-year 'fuori-corso' students, have passed all exams or have one exam left, etc.).

Calendar for 3-y Degree Program graduation ceremonies

N.B. The dates indicated in the table may be subject to change.

* First graduation session available for students enrolled in the third year as regular students ("in corso") in the 2024-2025 academic year. 

** Last graduation session available for the 2024-2025 academic year; students who intend to graduate by the December 2025 graduation session are not required to enroll in the 2025-2026 academic year. 

*** The graduation session reservation is not subject to passing all the general exams (for the study plan completion, please check the related deadline). 

**** Date by which the graduating student's study plan must be completed, i.e. date by which:

• the last exams at Bocconi must be taken (the recording of their results in the study plan may be carried out by the competent offices even after the deadline) and
• any recognition procedures related to other educational activities (e.g. internships, language certifications and exams passed abroad) must be completed.

NOTES: 

The deadline to enter the final paper title refers to the last date on which graduating students 

• can enter the title of their final paper
• select the name of the Tutor Professor, using the 'Graduation Application' procedure (approval by the Tutor Professor, however, can occur after this date). 

The possibility to register for a graduation session is subject to the approval of the final paper title by the Tutor Professor, therefore, without such approval, it will not be possible to register for the session.
