THEMIS

Themis was created in 2006, with the goal to establish a new standard in
business law as a response to an ever-increasing demand for law professionals
with international know-how and expertise.

The main academic program
developed by the network is a joint international certification offered at the
graduate level, “The Joint Certificate in International and Business Law.”


Program Structure

Semester Abroad

(Fall Semester)

When: only once,
during the first semester of the 4th or the 5th year

Courses: specific
Themis list

Workload: enrollment in
at least 30 credits of Themis courses

Fees: participation
fee (no tuition fees at host institution)

Themis Seminar

(Spring Semester)

Mandatory
attendance: 3 days at one of the Themis partner institutions, usually in Europe

International Internship

Duration: min 6 weeks

International focus: abroad or
international content


After Bocconi degree (Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza) and upon
fulfillment of the program requirements Themis students will obtain the Joint
Certificate in International Business Law, issued in name of all the Themis
institutions.
