Graduation Calendar and Deadlines - 3-y Degree Programs

The calendar below shows the dates when the Degree Assessment Boards meet for final paper evaluation (Session). Students are not required to be present. The administrative deadlines relating to each session are also indicated below.
Final-year students are reminded that they must check, by and no later than the deadline for reserving the graduation session, they do not have any pending obligations with the Fees, Funding and Housing, and Library.

Failure to comply with the all regulations by the administrative deadlines will result in the student not being admitted to the graduation session.

Those students who do not graduate by the session of December are required to enroll in the academic year (further information is available on the Guide to the University).
The graduation ceremonies will be held in presence of the graduates and their families and friends on a subsequent date than the final paper evaluation days.

N.B. The dates below are subject to variation.

* First graduation session available for third year students enrolled as regular students “in corso” in the 2024/2025 academic year. Students are invited to regularly check the information about tuition and fees available on the website of the Fees, Funding and Housing Office.

** Last graduation session available for the 2024/2025 academic year; students who intend to graduate by the graduation session of December 2025 are not required to enroll in the 2025/2026 academic year. Students are invited to regularly check the information about tuition and fees available on the website of the Fees, Funding and Housing Office.

*** All general exams do not need to be passed in order to reserve the graduation session. Regarding completion of the study plan, see the related deadline.

**** Date by which the graduating student's study plan must be completed (i.e. date by which the last exams at Bocconi must be taken and any recognition procedures related to other educational activities, such as, e.g. internships, language certifications and exams passed abroad, must be completed).

NOTE: This deadline refers to the last date on which graduating students can enter the title of their final paper and select the name of the Tutor Professor, using the 'Graduation Application' procedure (approval by the Tutor Professor, however, can occur after this date). The graduation reservation is subject to the title approval of final paper by the Tutor Professor. Without such approval, it is not possible to register for the graduation session.
