In-Company Training London
From September 24 to Sep 28 the Career Service offers a unique opportunity to get to know from inside the Finance world. The program includes three different projects in collaboration with three of the most important private financial institution in the world: Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and HSBC. Selected students will attend company presentations and be involved in interactive sessions such as shadowing activity with managers and visit to the trading floor. Each group of selected students will also participate in activities in collaboration with one of the following financial companies: BlackRock , Evercore Partners and PIMCO ltd.
On Sep 26, in the evening, all the participants will attend a collective session organized together with Bocconi Alumni Association.
Specifically:
- Barclays Capital: 20 high achieving female students.
The Program will take place from 24 to 27 September 2012. - Deutsche Bank: 25 high achieving students.
The Program will take place from 25 to 27 September 2012. - HSBC: 25 high achieving students.
The Program will take place from 26 to 28 September 2012.
Participants have to reach the hotel on their own
Accommodation expenses will be covered by University.
Participants are responsible for the following costs:
- air fare and travelling expenses;
- meals (when not included) and extra costs.

Eligibility
The perfect candidate is an high achieving student, with strong interest in Finance and Banking, fluent in english, curios and open minded.
In particular:
- prospect 2nd year students that will be regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Bachelor Degree Course or prospect 1st year students that will be regularly enrolled in a Bocconi Master of Science Degree Course in the a.y. 2012-2013.
- GPA: minimum 24/30 (average weighted on credits)
- Credits registered before February 2012 (end of the ordinary exam period):
- For prospect 2nd year Bachelor students: at least 18 credits
- For prospect 1st year Master of Science at least 83 credits
Applicants whose native tongue is not English have to prove a good knowledge of the English language through one of the following options:
- Secondary school diploma awarded in English;
- English-speaking country citizenship;
- English International language certificates of Level B2 or higher ;
- English exam of level B2 or higher passed in a Bocconi Degree Program;
- Enrolment in a Bocconi Degree Program taught in English.
The deadline for applications is on Wednesday, 27 June 2012 (application received after midnight will not be taken into consideration).
The best applicants will be invited for a one to one interview from July, 11 to July 20.
Skype or phone interviews can be arranged for students out of Milan.
The results of the selection will be published in the Restricted Area of this site within July, 25. Also a waiting list with a final ranking of students will be provided.
