LLM in European Business and Social Law

The LLM in European Business and Social Law (EBSL) is a full-time, 12-month Specialized Master program taught entirely in English. 

Students will develop a thorough comprehension of EU law and institutions, as well as an overview of international law — combining theory with a practical, hands-on approach. This global dimension is essential for success in today’s increasingly interconnected and competitive market.

The program is divided into four legal areas of specialization: Digital Law; Foundations of Law; Public and Social Law; and Business Law.

Financial Aid

A range of loans are available to help you finance your EBSL LLM. You can benefit from special agreements between Bocconi University and select banks.

The program makes available, on the basis of merit, some partial tuition reductions in favor of candidates with excellent academic backgrounds.

 

EBSL Webinars

The presentations serve to inform prospective students on the Specialized Master program before applying.

During the first part of the webinar, the EBSL team will cover the program's content and teaching methods, followed by a Q&A session.

Employment

This program prepares participants for diverse professional paths. Graduates with a law degree may join legal teams within companies operating in the European internal market, while those with other academic backgrounds can apply their legal expertise across departments such as data analysis, risk assessment, marketing, communications or finance.

Alumni are also well-positioned for roles in European research centers and institutions, contributing to policy-oriented research and impact assessments, or in NGOs and civil society organizations engaged in advocacy. Recent graduates have interned at prestigious institutions and organizations, including the European Commission, International Criminal Court and International Bar Association, as well as in major firms such as Deloitte, PWC and IBM.
