After Graduation

The majority of graduates in Finance continue their education at the graduate level; graduates may also have direct access to the labor market.

A career in the field of finance typically means working in a bank, a financial institution, a consultancy firm, a financial authority or a fund, or companies of other kinds within the financial/administrative realm.

Graduates in Finance may operate either as internal resources or as external consultants, initially supporting more experienced professionals, carrying out the following activities:

  • business valuation and analysis of ordinary and extraordinary financial transactions

  • analysis of clients’ financial objectives and the design of appropriate investment strategies

  • assessment and management of market and credit risks
