Applicant Profile and Careers

The Master program is aimed at law graduates, young professionals and current and future legal practitioners who wish to learn an internationally acknowledged curriculum and obtain the skills to start or further develop a promising career in law and technology in the digital era.

The program prepares participants for careers in legal practice dealing with information technology, technological sectors and digital environments at:

  • digital businesses, information technology corporations and companies relying on digital assets in general
  • domestic and international law firms with specialized practices
  • governments and public regulatory institutions
  • universities and think tanks, as well as non-governmental organizations

Over 25% of graduates secure their first position through professional networks or direct applications, and many through JobGate and Bocconi recruiting events. A total of 40% work in law and tax firms, while more than one third enter innovative sectors such as ICT and energy. Other key areas include data protection, commercial law and intellectual property. Within just a few months, 40% obtain a permanent contract.
