Payment of First Instalment – Adjustment

The adjustment of the first instalment for students enrolling in the 1st year of the academic year 2025/2026 must be paid by 15 October 2025.

Failure to pay the first instalment – adjustment by the above deadline will result in the cancellation of enrolment for the a.y. 2025–2026.

Please note that students whose enrolment is cancelled are not entitled to a refund of the first instalment (deposit) and are still required to pay any subsequent instalments.

Exceptionally, students enrolled conditionally in the 1st year may obtain a refund of the first instalment (deposit and adjustment) only if, after having paid the first instalment – adjustment by the deadline, they withdraw from studies for one of the following reasons:

• failure to obtain the bachelor’s degree for students conditionally enrolled in master’s degree programmes;
• failure to obtain a visa, duly requested by the student, due to reasons beyond their control, as determined by the competent diplomatic authorities (students enrolled in bachelor’s, single-cycle master’s, or master’s degree programmes).
