Students selected for NON EUROPEAN  destinations



1. Certificate of Exchange 2013-14: this form must be filled in, signed and stamped by the host University at the end of the exchange semester with the actual dates of stay. Students will have to bring it back to the Study Abroad Office.

Students selected for EUROPEAN  destinations (Erasmus students)



1. Learning agreement: the host University has to sign and stamp the definitive choice of the student, who will have to bring it back to the Study Abroad Office.


2. 
Declaration of stay 2013-14: this form must be filled in, signed and stamped by the host University at the end of the exchange semester with the actual dates of stay. Students will have to bring it back to the Study Abroad Office.



Without these documents the Study Abroad Office will not go ahead with the conversion procedure.
