To enroll in the WBB Program at USC, please follow these steps:

Reserve your place as a new World Bachelor in Business student at USC.
Visit www.usc.edu/USConnect and click on “Enrollment Commitment Deposit” to complete the Enrollment Commitment Deposit form and submit your nonrefundable $300 deposit.
Submitting this form and deposit is the only way to secure your place and enable the University to prepare for your arrival on campus. The nonrefundable deposit will be credited toward your tuition and fees when you register. You will receive an email acknowledging your commitment to enroll.
The Enrollment Commitment Deposit form must be submitted online (or postmarked) by the deadlines listed below. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your place in the class.
Application Round: 1 May 2016
Let us know if you do not intend to enroll at USC: if you will not be enrolling at USC, please complete and return the Withdraw Card included in your Welcome package as soon as possible.
2. Submit Housing Application
Freshmen may apply for housing once they have been admitted to the university and have been issued a 10-digit USC student identification number. You may submit a housing application before sending your enrollment Commitment Deposit form. You should do this as soon as possible. All freshmen are guaranteed on-campus housing, but your priority in choosing among housing options depends on how early you apply.
- Review the Living at USC booklet in the Welcome Package and choose the housing that meets your needs. This booklet describes the variety of housing options available to you as an incoming USC student. You can check the USC Housing website at https://housing.usc.edu for the most up-to-date housing information
- Complete the housing application.
3. Visa Information
Visit the Office of International Services website at www.usc.edu/ois for complete information about applying for a visa and documents required for entry into the United States. Please note that you will have to apply for F-1 Student Visa & I-20
4. Orientation
It is mandatory for students to attend an orientation meeting during the spring/summer or to attend the two-day international student orientation in August.

5. Send Final Transcripts and AP and IB Scores
Supply the Office of Admission with a final official transcript showing the date of high school graduation. A photocopy of your high school diploma is not sufficient.
6. Pay Tuition and Fees
Tuition, fees and other charges on your student account are due in full by August 2014. Late fees will be assessed after this date. Monitor your billing account on USC’s “e.pay” system at https://fbs.usc.edu/depts/epay
You have the option of paying all or part of your tuition, room and board charges and other fees in five interest-free monthly installments each semester (August – December for the fall semester and January – May for spring semester).
For further information: https://fbs.usc.edu/depts/sfs
7. Registering for Classes
Registering for classes means you enter into a legally binding financial obligation for all charges that accrue on your account. If you decide not to attend the WBB Program after having registered for classes, you must complete a cancellation form, available from the Registration Office. You may also cancel online at my.usc.edu by clicking on “Web Registration”.
Refer to the Schedule of Classes, available online at www.usc.edu/soc, for more information about tuition and fees, payment schedules, and deadlines.
8. Student Health Insurance and Health Documents
It is very important for international students to have health insurance during their studies in the U.S. The government does not provide general insurance - any medical services can be extremely expensive without health insurance.
Enrollment in the USC Student Health Insurance Plan is automatic for International students. This charge will appear on the fee bill as “insurance.” There will also be a second fee, the “Student Health Center,” fee that will appear on a separate line on the fee bill. This fee covers usage of the USC Student Health Center as your first choice for initial health care as a USC student.
All USC students must have supplemental health insurance to help cover the cost of care not available at the student health centers, particularly in the case of an emergency requiring hospitalization. Optional dental insurance is also available.
If you already have a health insurance plan (or are on your parents’ plan), you can waive enrollment in the USC Student Health Insurance Plan by submitting a completed waiver form with documented proof of comparable health coverage. For waiver information visit www.usc.edu/uphc
During Welcome Week, visit the Student Health Insurance Office on the USC campus to sign up for the insurance plan or request a waiver.
8.1 Send Health Documents
Measles and mumps immunity requirements
USC requires all students to show proof of measles and mumps immunity or to receive two doses of MMR vaccine, prior to their first semester of enrollment at USC.
Tuberculosis screening requirements
All international students are required to be screened for tuberculosis (TB) in the United States or Canada within six months prior to their first semester at USC.
