Single students' Initiatives

All student activities are approved by the CASA Committee (or its delegates), that operates by principles collected and constantly adjourned in a document available here. It is FUNDAMENTAL to know its contents in order to plan your activities in an achievable way: here you can download, read and consult the CASA Committee Regulations.

ORGANIZING AN EVENT

To present you request you have to fill in this FORM - which will be evaluated by the CASA Committee - and deliver it to Campus Life, the Technical Secretariat of the CASA Committee.

Pay attention: in order to realize your events you need to submit your request in time! Check in the Regulations the deadlines you need to follow; you can also check online the next meetings of the CASA Committee.

After the Committee's approval you can interact with all the Bocconi offices that are involved in the event organization. Campus Life is available for information at each stage of the process.

GETTING FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Each year Bocconi provides funding for initiatives organized by students for students.

The request for funding has to be presented together with the request for event approval by the CASA Committee by filling out this FORM and delivering it to Campus Life paying attention to deadlines as above specified.

Remember!

  • Consult the CASA Committee Regulations in order to verify the admissible costs
  • Respect the deadlines for the presentation of the request to the CASA committee
  • You cannot ask for funding after an event

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FUNDING:

When funding is granted, reimbursement of expenses will only be carried by submitting to the Campus Life office:

    C.F. 80024610158
    P. IVA 03628350153
