, by Fabio Todesco
MicroCafé is a series of seminars jointly organized by the departments of economics of Università Bocconi and Università di Milano

Historical and philosophical research in the foundations of microeconomics is the focus of MicroCafé, a series of seminars jointly organized by the departments of economics of Università Bocconi and Università di Milano, which is going to live a busy June after a three meeting-strong winter program and a first seminar of the spring program in May.

David Teira (UNED Madrid) is going to present his Randomization in Medical and Economic Experiments on June, 1; Frank Hindriks (University of Groningen) will discuss his How to Think about Institutions? The Philosophy and Economics of Social Rules and Regularities on June, 8; Giacomo Sillari (Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa) will close the spring program with his Knowledge, Common Knowledge and Coordination on June, 15.

The MicroCafé seminars take place either at Bocconi University (via Röntgen 1, 5th floor, room E4-SR04) or the University of Milan (via Conservatorio 7, 2nd floor, seminar room) on Wednesdays, 5:00-6:30 p.m. The details are published in the Seminars section of Bocconi Knowledge.

"The topics of the seminars meet the scientific interests of a pretty large Milanese scholar community", says Bocconi's Ivan Moscati, who is responsible for the series with Università di Milano's Francesco Guala, "so that we are running the second edition, after the good success of 2010".
