Neurosciences Meet Strategic Management
, by Fabio Todesco
On Friday, 20 June, the results of a four-year reasearch programme by Bocconi and San Raffaele will be presented
The brain of managers who want to continuously improve things they can already do well works in a different way from the brain of innovation seekers (and the innovators obtain better outcomes). Meditation exercises can affect the brain structure and ignite more sustainable decisions. Brain can be trained to take innovative decisions.
These are only a few of the conclusions reached by the scholars who participated in a four-year research programme led by Bocconi's Center for Research in Innovation, Organization and Strategy (CRIOS) and Università Vita Salute San Raffaele, to be presented on next Friday.
