After Argentina, Mexico
The attention of Bocconi administrative law scholars towards the Spanish-speaking world is confirmed by the Dialogo tra magistrati. Messico e Italia a confronto (Dialogue Among Judges. Italy and Mexico Compared) conference, May 9 and 10, at Università Bocconi and Università degli Studi di Pavia.
Only a couple of weeks ago Fabrizio Fracchia and Massimo Occhiena have been to Buenos Aires for the Jornadas Italo-Argentinas de Derecho Administrativo.
Criminal proceedings, judicial review and labour law will be the subjects of the discussion on May 9 (2:30 p.m., Room 06, SDA Bocconi, via Bocconi 8, Milano) and May 10 (Palazzo centrale dell'università, Aula del Consiglio del Rettorato, corso strada Nuova 65, Pavia). In both occasions the discussion will be introduced by Bocconi's Fabrizio Fracchia and Massimo Occhiena and Pavia's Carlo Granelli.
