The PhD School presents itself
The new and possibly future students of the Bocconi PhD School will all come together on Thursday 22 September in an occasion in which to welcome this year's new students, half of which come from abroad, and to present the school and its offer of programs (4 in English and 1 in Italian) to the students, Bocconi and non, interested in applying next year. A school which continues to be an important reference point internationally both incoming and outgoing, with 70% of this year's applications coming from foreign universities and a placement which sees graduates finding employment in universities, companies and institutions around the world.
And a successful international placement continues to be an strong point of the school and among this year's graduates, for example, Giada Di Stefano, of the Business administration and management program, is about to begin her academic career as assistant professor at HEC Paris, Gili Greenberg, PhD in Economics, has taken up her place as economist at the OECD, Aura Bertoni, PhD in International law and economics, has obtained a research grant at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property in Munich, and Arie Gozluklu, PhD in Finance, will enter the Finance Group of Warwick Business School.
