Paolo Baffi Centre, Renewed the Governing Council

Confirmed as Director Donato Masciandaro and as President Angelo Porta. Gianmarco Ottaviano flanks Marco Ventoruzzo as Vice Director

The governing council of the Paolo Baffi Centre on Central Banking and Financial Regulation has been renewed with many confirmations and some new entries. Donato Masciandaro has been confirmed as Director and Angelo Porta as President while Gianmarco Ottaviano will occupy the new post of Vice Director for the law area, flanking Marco Ventoruzzo who has been confirmed as Vice Director for the economics area.

The Management Board sees the entry of Tommaso Monicelli and Carlo Altomonte. Members Filippo Annunziata, Giuseppina Baffi, Franco Bruni and Federico Ghezzi have been confirmed.

Established in 1984, and dedicated to the memory of Paolo Baffi, Bocconian and Governor of the Bank of Italy from 1975 to 1979, the centre's activities are concentrated on the themes of central banks and monetary policy and of the supervision and regulation of the banking and finance industries. The centre is jointly promoted by the Department of Economics and the Department of Law.
