Del Conte Speaker in Dublin

With a speech during a panel of experts from countries which have carried out reforms in the field of employment disputes, Maurizio Del Conte, associate professor of Labour Law at Bocconi, participated at the conference 'The resolution of individual employment rights disputes' organized by the School of law of University College Dublin. The conference, held on July 1 and 2, was opened by Richard Bruton, Ireland's Minister for Employment.

The conference was organized in preparation of the reform of the procedures for the resolution of individual employment rights disputes which is being discussed in Ireland and saw the participation of high-level experts in the field and a panel of professors, including Del Conte, from countries which have recently carried out reforms in this field (such as Canada, France, UK and Italy), to offer a comparative perspective of the best practices in facing this question.
