Inclusive Gender Equality Plan and Gender Report
The Inclusive Gender Equality Plan is a planning document that maps diversity within the Bocconi community whilst being sensitive to the interconnected nature of various categorizations, such as gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, nationality or mental health needs, which create overlapping forms of discrimination, disadvantage and marginalization. It also outlines the University’s inclusion practices and sets an agenda for future initiatives.
The Gender Report provides a snapshot of the entire university community, made up of students, faculty, staff and governance. It describes how gender equality has evolved for the various members of our university through the analysis of various time series. A number of indicators are considered, from the distribution of men and women to career opportunities. The document also includes an outline of the initiatives and activities introduced to promote gender equality, equal opportunities and social welfare of those studying and working at the university.
