Once again, the quality of SDA Bocconi's products finds confirmation in the distinguished evaluation published by FT. In the 2013 Executive Education ranking, SDA Bocconi moves up 7 positions to place 18th worldwide and 10th among European business schools

Due to high-ranking satisfaction from business manager participants, the SDA Bocconi School of Management moved up seven spots in the Executive Education ranking published today by the Financial Times, and has placed 18th worldwide and 10th among business schools in Europe.

Through a detailed set of parameters, some of which are provided by manager participants and businesses, others by schools, rankings measure the quality of open-enrollment and custom courses for managers offered by business schools all over the world. Placement in the final ranking is calculated through the average score (not positions) obtained from two different rankings: those for intercompany open-enrollment programs and custom programs, designed by schools to meet the specific training needs of company clients and provided to their managers.

"In an increasingly competitive setting, we are very pleased to continue a positive trend over recent years, during which we have moved up 13 places over the last 3 rankings. Today we are among the top 10 in Europe and the only Italian school in the general ranking," says Bruno Busacca, Dean of the SDA Bocconi School of Management. "We are very satisfied to have risen by two spots in the open program ranking, where we placed 30th worldwide. Better still, we improved even more in the custom program section, where we moved up 8 spots, placing 15th worldwide. Several of the evaluation parameters in which we have been recognized for excellence include teaching methods, participant follow-ups, future use of skills acquired and return on investment."
