The Bocconi professor will be a member of the Expert Group on AI Contracting
Oreste Pollicino, full professor of Constitutional Law and AI Regulation in the Department of Legal Studies at Bocconi University, has been selected to join the expert group that will advise the European Commission (DG Justice) on AI contracting.
“The key question is: How do contract models change when Artificial Intelligence is involved? Specifically, how does AI impact contract models?” explains Oreste Pollicino. “This is a very important issue for both the public and private sectors, and the expert group’s main task will be to develop new contract models that take into account the emergence of this significant player.”
