Program Structure - Full-Time Program

This LLM is taught by a Faculty made up of the most renowned experts and practitioners from leading international academic institutions around the world and international law firms, as well as from businesses and governmental authorities.

The Full-Time program is divided into:

6 Compulsory Courses

  • Economic and Management Principles of Digital Markets
  • Intellectual Property and Competition Law in the Digital Age
  • Data Law
  • Fundamental Rights Protection in the Digital Age
  • Legal English Drafting
  • Legal Tech

4 Elective Courses, to be chosen among the following indicative topics:

  • Digital Markets and Services: Legal Issues     
  • Data Protection Law and Cybersecurity
  • Transactional Law in the Digital Context
  • Digital and Social Sustainability: Legal Issues
  • Law of Blockchain and Cryptoassets
  • Robotics and Artificial Intelligence: Legal Issues


Practical Activities

The final activities may consist, alternatively, of an internship, a legal clinic carried out in collaboration with Wikimedia, a moot court competition within the Comparative Law in Action framework, or a short thesis
The programme may also be enriched with additional extracurricular clinical work, aimed at developing practical skills and an applied approach to legal problem-solving.
 

All courses will take place from September 2026 until April 2027 and all practical activities will take place between May and July 2027.
 

The programs awards 60 ECTS credits in total.
