Yvonne Scannell is the new Vice President of the European Nuclear Energy Tribunal

Scannell has been a Visiting Professor at Bocconi for three years in a row
Yvonne Scannell was recently appointed Vice-President of the European Nuclear Energy Tribunal, a mandate that she will be carrying out while teaching at Bocconi. A visiting Professor in Milan since 2013, during the academic year 2015-2016 Yvonne Scannell will hold an Environmental Law course, a subject introduced and taught by Scannell at Trinity College Dublin, where she is a Fellow Emeritus. Professor Scannell also works as a consultant with the Irish law firm Arthur Cox Solicitors.
Based in Paris and operating under the auspices of OECD, the European Nuclear Energy Tribunal has jurisdiction in cases concerning liability over nuclear accidents, and it is composed by representatives of the sixteen member states.
