Minichilli is the 2012 Outstanding Reviewer of Family Business Review
Alessandro Minichilli (Department of Management and Technology) has been nominated 2012 Oustanding Reviewer of Family Business Review (FBR), the quarterly journal of the Family Firm Institute (FFI). The selection, made by the editorial team, has taken into consideration the review activity done in the past year by all of the 78 members of the FBR review board, on the basis of quantitative indicators.
"This year", explains Family Business Review's Editor in chief Pramodita Sharma (University of Vermont), "18 members of FBR's review board were eligible to win the award"; nonetheless "Minichilli's reviews were rated as being 'outstanding' by four different FBR editors". The award will be presented at the gala dinner of the Family Firm Institute's annual conference, which will take place in Brussels on October 19th.
Family Business Review, published by the Family Firm Institute quarterly since 1988, is devoted exclusively to the exploration of the dynamics of family-controlled enterprises. Recently, with 150 papers cited over a thousand times in the last ten years, the journal has been named a 'Rising Star' in the field of Economics & Business in the database Essential Science Indicators (Thomson Reuters).
Minichilli is Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Department of Management and Technology and a collaborator of SDA Bocconi's Strategy area. He is also member of the editorial board of Corporate Governance: an International Review.
