Mario Daniele Amore, a New Assistant for the Department of Management

Mario Daniele Amore becomes assistant professor for the Department of Management and Technology. After graduating in Economic and Social Sciences from Università Bocconi, he was visiting PhD fellow at INSEAD and in 2012 he obtained a PhD from Copenhagen Business School with the dissertation Essays on empirical corporate finance.

Main focuses of his scientific research are corporate governance, family firms and the interactions between innovation and corporate finance. His works were presented in several international meetings and he is also the co-author of a paper published in Journal of Corporate Finance.

Amore is part of the editorial board of Family Business Review and he is a member of American Economic Association, Econometric Society, European Economic Association, European Finance Association.
