Marcello Gaboardi, from Researcher to Assistant Professor

From September 2012 Marcello Gaboardi joins the Department of Legal Studies as an assistant professor.

A graduate in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where he attended the postgraduate school for legal professions, Gaboardi obtained a doctoral research in Corporate Law with a dissertation in law of civil procedure entitled Giudizio con pluralità di parti nelle controversie societarie, supervised by Cesare Cavallini and discussed last April.

Member of the Milan Bar, his research activity focuses on the fields of law of civil procedure and bankruptcy law, the object of the courses which he held in co-teaching at Università Bocconi since 2009. He collaborates with Blätter für Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs (BlSchK) and participated in the Commentario alla legge fallimentare edited by Cavallini in 2010.
