Look at India to See Growth

, by Andrea Celauro, translated by Richard Greenslade
A panel of experts will discuss the excellent prospects for doing business with one of the world's fastest growing economies and markets. Participants on campus will interact with panelists in the room and on video link direct from Mumbai

Growth of up to 7% per year and the prospect of being, in 2025, one of the 3 strongest economies in the world. That's how India sees the future. The BAA's Legal Topic Group has organized for 27 November (in room N07, Piazza Sraffa 13 at 10am) an open day to discuss the opportunities of the subcontinent and to hear the first-hand accounts of those who live and work there, with an eye to the economic side as well as the legal aspects.

A high-level panel is lined up, both in the room and via video hookup with MISB Bocconi, the Mumbai International School of Business opened by SDA Bocconi in 2012. Among others, Ivano Canteri, italian project coordinator of the Italian-Indian Chamber of Commerce, Alessandro Giuliani, managing director of MISB Bocconi and chapter leader BAA in Mumbai, Giancarlo Losma, President of Federmacchine, Saurabh Misra, partner in Saurabh Misra & Associates, Advocates & International Business Lawyers (on video link from MISB), Amedeo Scarpa, director of the New Delhi office of the Italian Foreign Trade Institute and Mark Zolli, director of the Global Approach to Management Master in India at Ca 'Foscari.
