A White Weekend in Late November with the Bocconi Sport Team
The invitation is open to the entire Bocconi community: expert skiers, beginners and first-timers. The important thing is to register by November 22 to this Bocconi Snow Days' date, planned for Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 of November. "We meet on Saturday morning at 5.30 am in Piazza Sraffa and then at 6 am we take off by bus towards Passo del Tonale, where 100 km of slopes suitable for all levels will be waiting for us" says Marco Pirola, an Economics student, who helps in organizing the event and who's been skiing since he was 5. "Once arrived at Bocconi, I was so happy to discover that there was a Ski Club in the Bocconi Sport Team".
"The goal of this initiative is to involve the Bocconi community of ski lovers of all levels and spend a nice day together", says Marco. Anyone wishing to start skiing or improving their technique is in fact welcome: a ski instructor will follow the participants who are interested (and who request it in the application form). The only two prerequisites for participation are: being a member of the Bocconi Sport Team for the 2016-17 season and having a medical certificate.
