Egea signs collaborations with Palgrave Macmillan and Springer to create two book series in English in management and economics

The internationalization path of Bocconi University also sees as protagonist its publishing house Egea. The agreements signed with Palgrave Macmillan and Springer will indeed allow the diffusion of international research and knowledge in the fields of management and economics with the brand Bocconi University Press.

The series 'Bocconi on Management' is the outcome of the collaboration between CROMA Bocconi, Center for Research in Organization and Management, Egea and Palgrave Macmillan, one of the world's leading publishers in economics and management. Egea and Palgrave Macmillan will jointly develop the series both
for Italian and international markets.

The partnership will cover a wide range of cutting-edge management themes including: governance and innovation management; strategy and entrepreneurship; psychological and neurological antecedents to managerial decisions and conduct; social and environmental sustainability.

The books, all in English, also aim to present to an international academic and
professional audience the best of Italian scientific production. The scientific board is made up by, all Croma Bocconi members, Maurizio Zollo (director), Anna Grandori
Arnaldo Camuffo and Robert Grant, with professor Grant coordinating the initiative.

'Bocconi & Springer Series' is the result of an agreement between Egea and Springer, the leading global scientific publisher. The initiative is born from the idea of developing a book series in English of textbooks and research-level monographs covering a wide variety of topics in the fields of mathematics, statistics, finance, economics and financial economics.

The textbooks will be thought for study programmes of international Master of Science programmes, with the aim of distributing them in the most important universities worldwide. The scientific editorial board includes Sandro Salsa, Milan Politecnico, Carlo A. Favero and Lorenzo Peccati, Bocconi University, Eckard Platen, University of Technology Sydney, Wolfgang J. Runggaldier, University of Padua.
