, by Benedetta Ciotto
The spring edition of the fourteenth Film Festival will kick off on February 6 with the aim of allowing all members of the Bocconi community to expand their language skills by viewing films in their original language

"The Man Who Knew Infinity", "The Dressmaker", "Spotlight", "Me Before You", "Bridge of Spies". This is not the movie schedule of a cinema, but the program of the Bocconi Film Festival, an initiative organized by the Bocconi University Language Center aimed at allowing students, faculty members and staff to expand their language skills by viewing films in their original language. Each film is introduced by a language teacher and accompanied by a summary language card, which includes a monolingual glossary, specially prepared for each film. First date is on February 6, at 8:15pm at the aula magna Gobbi, with "The Man Who Knew Infinity", the story of a real-life mathematician who after growing up poor in India, earns admittance to Cambridge University, where he becomes a pioneer in mathematical theories.
