SDA Bocconi Steps onto the Forbes Podium
Seen from the other side of the Atlantic, an MBA from SDA Bocconi is the third best in the world outside the USA.This is the opinion of the prestigious monthy economics magazine Forbes, which in its biannual ranking of MBA programs places SDA Bocconi in 3rd position in the world among non-American business schools. Bocconi is the only Italian school to figure in all the most important international rankings. This ranking is based on a single criterion, the return on investment in the program that graduates realize in the five years after getting their diploma (that means the improvement in salary minus the the cost of the program and the salary lost during studies). The evalution was made through a questionnaire sent to the 2008 graduates of 100 of the most important business schools around the world. "We are very proud of this success, which confirms to our MBA students the value of the choice they made by coming to Bocconi. To be 3rd in the world outside the USA in terms of return on investment is a concrete reassurance and a crucial strategic asset for our glodbal competitiveness," says Bruno Busacca, Dean of SDA Bocconi.
