Sabine Lautenschlager Keynote Speaker in Bocconi

The Member of the Executive Board of the ECB will speak on Monday 28 at the 2015 International Banking Conference

Sabine Lautenschläger, Member of the Executive Board and Vice Chair of Supervisory Board of the ECB, will hold the opening speech of the 2015 International Banking Conference, on Monday 28 September at 10am, organized by Bocconi's Baffi-Carefin (Centre for Applied Research on International Markets, Banking, Finance & Regulation) in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo.

This seventh edition of the conference is titled 'Tomorrow's bank business model: How far are we from the new equilibrium?' and will be the chance to discuss many of the most recent research papers on banking, through five sessions respectively devoted to: European Sovereign Crisis, Bank Risk and Market Discipline, Liquidity and Monetary Policy, Financial Regulation and Supervision, Bank Lending.

The plenary session will be introduced by the Rector, Andrea Sironi, and by Gian Maria Gros-Pietro, Chairman of the Management Board of Intesa SanPaolo, to be followed by the opening keynote speech from Sabine Lautenschläger.
