Radio Bocconi Off to a Big Start

Web radio surfers, remember the date : 11 October, the start of the new Radio Bocconi season. New programs, more live broadcasting, more interactive, new dj's and speakers and new collaboration with Tra i leoni and BstudentsTv, the student newpaper and TV station. All with one goal, says station manager Emanuele Patti, to "increase the radio's visibility inside and outside the University".The core is still web radio. About 90 people will participate, including 20 new recruits. There is a new artistic director, Stefano Modesti. Together with head of programming Claudio Bruno, Stefano will find the right tunes for the right mood in time slots througout the week .In the new student media center, RB, Tra i leoni and Bocconi TV will work side by side for far greater interaction, including podcasts, blogs and voting to rank to songs on the air.

The programs, lots of new ones. First, Radio Vision, the TV review with Diego Tartaglia and Gianluca Martelli, is followed by terzo tempo, with sports news with voices of Claudio Bruno, Enrico Trevisani and Valentino Tito, then Il gamberetto arancione, the brand new cooking show with Francesca Graniti at the mike. The show Kill your idols features Carlotta Freni and Francesca Suaria plus Davide Lelli and Lavinia Siardi, while rap and l'r&b are the backbone of Black out, withi Martina Morello, Francesco Gualdi and Massimiliano Vecchi. Another gem is called Fuori classe (Domenico Lojacono and Giuseppe Filippo Roncherio), where Bocconi professors hop over to the other side of the lectern. And of course there is Executive Lounge, economic news with MbA's Matteo Isella, Stefano Terenzoni, Alberto Palaveri and Luca Dussi, and the expert collaboration of Economy co-editor Giovanni Iozzia.Many special guests, concert previews and events will liven Radio Bocconi throughout the year.
