NonVerbal Language Course, the Deadline is 15 October

, by Davide Ripamonti, translated by Richard Greenslade
Friday and Saturday, October 17 and 18, a course will be held right here on campus to learn the techniques for communicating with the body. You might say that words can't describe the importance of sending the right signals by means other than talking

Through gestures, movements and tone of voice we communicate a lot more than we do with words. This important aspect of communication is often overlooked, and it is the focus of the course "Body Language", scheduled for Friday 17 (from 4 to 7:30pm) and Saturday, October 18 (10am-1pm and 2-6pm) in the Campus Life space at Bocconi.

During the lessons, instructor Simone Pacchiele will focus on elements of non-verbal communication, allowing participants to learn the fundamental 'vocabulary' of the body and start using some techniques to integrate the verbal and physical components of communication.

The cost of the course, open to students, faculty and employees of the University, is 50 euro, and registration is open until 15 October .
