The Eduniversal Best Master ranking rates 100 competitors and places MaGER sixth among study programs in sustainability and the environment

The Specialized Master in Master in Energy and Environmental Economics and Management (MEMAE), which was renamed the Master in Green Management, Energy and Social Responsibility (MaGER) in January 2012, placed 6th out of 100 in the "Eduniversal Best Master Ranking" in the category "Sustainable development and environmental management." Because of the Master's courses, focusing on topics of environmental sustainability, Bocconi is positioned ahead of important competitors such as the Imperial College in London (13th) and Yale University (18th).
The special ranking was drafted while considering three main criteria (reputation of the study program, salary of first employment and student satisfaction) and bonus points were assigned according to 6 values, including the number of different nationalities in the program, the opportunity to participate in internships abroad or the presence of distance learning.

"The ranking created by Eduniversal analyzes various educational programs on the issues of sustainable development and environmental management at universities and institutions from 153 countries all over the world," explains Stefano Pogutz, Director of MaGER. "This is the first time this kind of product has been compared and it looks at all the main international competitors of our university. It is also proof that a focus on issues regarding the environment, energy and social responsibility is increasing. Thanks to experience derived from the university's research centers (CReSV, CERTeT and IEFE), Bocconi possesses a particularly strong knowledge base in these topics."
