Innovative Leadership with Shades of Pink
To expose students to high-profile women managers, who can tell of successful management and entrepreneur careers, with a particular focus on the topic of innovative leadership. This is the goal of the Women in Business Conference, the annual event organized by SDA Bocconi and the Ethica Club of the MBA, to be held on Thursday 22 October at 6:30pm.
The event will be introduced by Stefano Gatti, director of the full-time MBA at SDA Bocconi, and will see a debate with Q&A with the participation of Giulia Cavalli, CFO of Microsoft Italia, Anna Illy Belci, Member of the Board of Directors of IllyCaffè, Marina Salamon, President of Doxa, and Clare Scherrer, Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs.
"Our guests are role models whose impact on their respective organizations is not defined just by their gender and we look forward to a lively discussion and debate," says Sheli Miller, Vice President of the Ethica Club. "Meeting such role models is also important to encourage female prospective students to pursue management education."
For those interested in an Mba, it will also be an occasion to enlarge their network, mingle with the MBA community and learn more about the opportunities for personal development offered by an MBA program.
