Green Economy and Communication
Recently there has been a great increase in environmental communication and informative activities on the part of public administrations and private companies. IEFE research Center has formed a new structure to follow this phenomenon more closely.
The Observatory on Environmental Information and Communication will be introduced on 27 October. It purposes to support investigation into the dissemination of environmental information, evolution of laws, to spread knowledge of the available tools for communication and facilitate dialogue among all stakeholders (companies, PA, non-profits, institutions, agencies and associations). All these are welcome to join the observatory and contribute to reflection on this issue.
The conference on 27 October is entitled 'Environmental communication- Public policy and corporate strategy in the Green Economy' and features Edoardo Croci, coordinator of the new Observatory, plus Sabrina Melandri and Tania Molteni of Iefe, Carlo Corazza, Milan's representative to the European Commission on environmental communication policy and Diego Masi, president of Assocomunicazione. After their speeches there will be a round table discussion on the evolution of the field's scenario.
