Francesco Perrini and Antonio Tencati at TABEC 2010

They will present two papers and announce the first volume of a new series

Francesco Perrini, full professor of Management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and director of CReSV, Research center on sustainability and value, and Antonio Tencati, assistant professor of Management and CSR (both Department of Management and Technology) have been invited to the 6th TransAtlantic Business Ethics Conference (TABEC), to be held on October, 7-10 at York University 's Schulich School of Business, Toronto, Canada.

Initiated in 2000 by Laszlo Zsolnai (Corvinus University of Budapest) and George Brenkert (Georgetown University), the TABEC gathers every second year the leading North-American and European scholars of business ethicsand CSR. Since 2002 Tencati and Perrini are the only Italian scholars invited to the Conferenceand in 2008, as Conference Chair, were in charge of the organization of the fifth edition, held at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Francesco Perrini will present a paper titled Deconstructing the Relationship between Corporate Social and Financial Performance and Antonio Tencati Emerging Patterns of Collaborative Governance in Global Supply Chains. Perrini e Tencati, besides, will also announce the first volume of the Studies in TransAtlantic Business Ethics series, titled Business Ethics and Corporate Sustainability, which collects contributions based on the papers presented at the Milan 2008 Conference and will be published in the next future by Edward Elgar.
