Education and Growth: Vittorio Colao and Andrea Sironi Discuss the Topic on CorriereTv
An initiative by Corriere della Sera and Università Bocconi, on Tuesday, 21 January, will allow all of us to participate in the discussion about education in Italy, interacting with Bocconi's Rector and with the Italian manager who heads Vodafone, the international telecommunications giant.
Vittorio Colao, Vodafone Group's CEO and Alumnus Bocconi of the Year in 2004, and Andrea Sironi, Bocconi's Rector, moderated by Corriere's deputy editor, Daniele Manca, will be the protagonists of Coltivare talenti (Raising Talent), a CorriereTv videochat about the role of education as an engine of social mobility for individuals and of economic growth for society (live on Corriere and Bocconi websites on Tuesday, 21 January at 3:30pm).
A true believer in the positive effect of supporting education, Colao contributes, on a personal basis, to Una scelta possibile the innovative Bocconi scholarship program that supports disadvantaged students who, without economic assistance, couldn't afford to continue their education after high school.
As early as 9am on Tuesday, 21 January, and until the end of the videochat, the audience will be able to send questions and comments to the protagonists of the discussion.
