Nicoletta Ferro's book presented in Beijing and Shanghai
The Istituto italiano di cultura (Italian culture institute) in China has organized two presentations of Nicoletta Ferro's book Sviluppo sostenibile e Cina, le sfide sociali e ambientali del XXI secolo (Sustainable development and China: Social and Environmental Challenges in XXI Century) in Beijing (16 June) and Shanghai (19 June).
"China and sustainability", Ferro said, "are often deemed incompatible. Beijing government, though, has taken a path towards sustainability and my book is intended to spot the light on this".
