Careers after Graduation: Three Webinars for Students in Search of an MSc

One of the key questions for any student in search of an MSc program is about careers after. Career Talks, a series of three webinars in English targeted to Bachelor students from any university, meets this need by putting together HR managers and Bocconi graduates who recently entered the job market.

The first webinar, Working with Employers to Spot and Develop Potential, on Tuesday 22 March, 6pm, is about careers in companies with talent development programs. Silvia Bagdadli, Professor of Organization, will ask HR managers from Boston Consulting Group, L'Oréal and Vodafone what skills they look for in graduates, what skills Bocconi graduates have and what features make a company attractive for young talents. Three young Bocconi graduates who work in the same companies will describe their experiences.

The following webinars will about specific industries: banking and insurance (Shifting Scenarios in European Banking and Insurance, Monday 11 April, 6pm) and startups (Startups: New Careers on the Digital Forefront, Wednesday 20 April, 6pm).
