166 Bocconi students are attending a Bocconi partner university outside Italy, experiencing the customs and traditions of the host country for three weeks

Departures. Not for vacation, as would be the norm for this time of year. The 166 Bocconi students in question have decided to spend the month of July with their books, but not on the Bocconi campus.

With the Campus Abroad program, these students – 65 in a BSc, 84 in an MSc, 16 in the MA in Law and 1 from MISB Bocconi, the Mumbai International School of Business – have passed the merit requirements to spend three weeks studying abroad, culminating in a final exam.

The universities they will attend include: the University of California in Los Angeles; Georgetown University in Washington, DC; Northwestern University in Chicago; Fudan University in Shanghai; and the National University in Singapore. In addition to traditional studying, students will take part in a wide variety of activities, such as visits to companies and international organizations, seminars and life experiences typical of the host city.

Follow their travels on Facebook through photos from the participants.
