Bocconi University at BandJ as an Employer

Bocconi University is one of the 131 employers that will participate in Bocconi&Jobs, the career event for Bocconi students and graduates to take place at the University on 6 November. On the occasion, the new Bocconi Graduate Development Program will be presented to the participants.

With the Program, a small number of high-potential, recent graduates from any university are selected for a 6-month internship plus 12-month job-rotation and professional development program. The young graduates, with the support of a dedicated trainer, will get to know the wide range of professions needed to run a modern university and its network of stakeholders, experiencing at least three jobs. Along the way, plenty of feedback is provided to the graduates, thanks to periodic formal and informal moments of evaluation.
