Bocconi Remembers Nanni Svampa

Music, lyrics, words and images will be shared in memory of a Bocconi friend, Nanni Svampa. The University where Svampa graduated in Economics and Business in 1962 has organized an event dedicated to him just a few months after the artist's death on 26 August 2017.

"Dai Corvi ai Gufi" is the title of the event that will be held at 9pm on Thursday 25 January in the Via Gobbi 5 Aula Magna. It will be an evening filled with memories from friends, artists and colleagues who collaborated and cultivated important relations with him and two Milanese dialect cabaret groups, the Corvi and the Gufi.

The Bocconi's Chief Executive Officer, Bruno Pavesi, will open the evening and welcome attendees and participants. Performers will include Roberto Brivio, guitar player and singer with the Gufi, Maurizio Franco, the Narrator, Alessandro Gerli, from the Bocconi student journal I soliti idioti, Enrico Intra, jazz musician and Luca Maciachini, guitar player.

At the end of the evening, the Rector Gianmario Verona will present a copy of Nanni'thesis and academic record to his wife Dina.

The event has been organized by ISU Bocconi in collaboration with Furcht Pianoforti.

Admission is free but seats are limited.
