The University's commitment to fostering an increasingly inclusive, equitable and respectful study and work environment has been recognized through certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022

Bocconi University has obtained the Certification for Gender Equality in compliance with the requirements set out in UNI/PdR 125:2022. This recognition confirms the University's commitment to promoting an inclusive, equitable and respectful study and work environment.

The certification is based on the principles of transparency, measurability and responsibility. It has been implemented through a Management System that includes objectives, indicators and periodic monitoring, inspired and supported by the principles of the Gender Equality Policy.

This milestone reflects the policies and practices adopted by the University and "represents a fundamental step in a journey that Bocconi has been pursuing for years," explains the Dean for Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability, Paola Profeta. "The University invests both in the policies and practices it adopts and in its role as a center for the production of knowledge on gender equality, with the aim of contributing meaningfully to change in society and the economic system."
