Accreditations, Confirmation for SDA Bocconi

The school has obtained EQUIS re-accreditation until 2019, confirming its reputation as one of Europe's best business schools. SDA Bocconi in fact is one of a rarified group of institutions that have earned acceditation from the top three international bodies

A confirmation of the quality of the programs and activities of SDA Bocconi which has become the only business school in Italy, and one of the few in Europe, to obtain full five-year EQUIS re-accreditation for the fourth time in a row. After the visit of the Peer Review Team, the Awarding Body of EQUIS has in fact rendered official the re-accreditation of SDA Bocconi until 2019.

SDA was among the first business schools to obtain this prestigious international acknowledgement in 1998 and has since then remained among the first to obtain re-accreditation.

Together with rankings, accreditations are an important way for business schools to qualify themselves in a global market which is increasingly competitive. At the end of 2011, on obtaining AACSB accreditation, SDA Bocconi entered the limited group of business schools, today 59 worldwide, who have completed the path to triple accreditation from the most important international organizations: AACSB-EQUIS-AMBA.
