Bocconi Supports the Communities Affected by the Earthquake in Morocco

Dear Members of the Bocconi Community,

Our University stands by the population  affected by the earthquake that struck Morocco last night. We are committed to supporting all members of our community directly or indirectly affected by this tragic event and will do everything possible to offer practical help.

We have decided to organize a meeting with students, staff and faculty, to show support to the members of our community belonging to the population affected by the earthquake. Everyone is invited to participate in this event, which will be held on Friday 15 September at 1pm in the park of the new campus area at Via Sarfatti 10. A first tangible sign of solidarity is our support with a gift donated directly to the campaign that the Red Cross, UNHCR and UNICEF are organizing. We encourage you to support this initiative or participate in similar campaigns.

As has already happened been the case on many other occasions, we are certain that once again the Bocconi community will put the values of inclusion and participation into action — the cornerstones of our institution.
We again express our solidarity with everyone affected by this terrible tragedy.

Warmest regards,
